Khylam Hari

Khylam co-founded Vivid Capital to focus his time and efforts primarily on new deal origination, particularly in the ground-up development space. His primary responsibility is managing private equity and capital market relationships to set each transaction up for success and maximize its returns. In addition, he leads contract documentation and closings related to new acquisitions, development, and financing for all investments.

In conjunction with his role as President of Capital Markets at Vivid Capital, Khylam is responsible for all operations of his family's businesses. Khylam takes pride in his upbeat, hands-on management style, which has led to decades of success in the hotel sector.

 

Khylam’s previous work experience includes being a Senior Underwriter for Cigna Healthcare, where he oversaw a portfolio of $50 million. However, when Khylam realized that his true passion is for the hospitality industry, he shifted his focus to growing his family’s business portfolio. His experience in real estate acquisitions, development, and asset management has allowed him to develop critical skills to aid Vivid Capital in growing its portfolio.

Khylam received his Bachelor of Science degree in Logistics and Finance from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. He is also a Certified Hotel Operator and a member of the Asian American Hotel Owners Association.
